WordPress has a lovely little feature that reminds you of your blog’s anniversary. “Nice dress! Thanks, I made it!!” is three years old now!
Time has flown by and I have learned a lot about sewing, photography, writing, blogging and social media. I always look forward to reading your blogs and sharing mine and I can’t wait to learn more.
To celebrate, I have a bit of a GIVEAWAY. If you would like to have your name “thrown into the hat”, just leave a comment below letting me know all the ways that you follow “Nice dress! Sorry this is a bit late (I’ve been off of the internet for awhile), but CONGRATS, Linda! Keeping up a blog in conjunction with sewing is rewarding but does take effort and time – and you do a good job at both! I visit your blog from my own blog feed (think that what they call it).

Isn’t is a hoot to read through earlier blogs to discover your progress and growth? I have read through a couple of mine and ask myself, “did you really write that?”…ha ha. Congratulations on all your projects and wishing you many more to come learning tips and tricks along the way!
It is quite funny to read the earlier ones. I find I am more relaxed with writing now too, not with the photos yet though! I also find that if I am doing a repeat of a pattern, it is helpful to look back and see how I did it before, whether right or wrong, it helps. Hopefully I will continue to learn from myself and others as I go along!
