Thank you to Sewing with Scooby Snacks for nominating me!  It is sew 😉 special when I get likes and comments and now this recognition! Matching stripes!

By Linda of Lányos Handmade / Nice dress! Thanks, I made it!! on 11 April 2014

I have been thinking about matching stripes. I can think of examples when stripes and patterns don’t match in nature, and those are truly beautiful!  Otherwise, I think if  something is hand crafted the stripes should match. Did I do okay? Part two… and a quick Cardi for the cold office!

By Linda of Lányos Handmade / Nice dress! Thanks, I made it!! on 22 March 2014

I am going to try it again.  Like always, if you don’t like it the first time, keep trying until you are happy with the results.  I traced my first pattern in my lifetime here. It was good, but not great.  So I try again, this time with tracing paper from the art section of…
