How rude …

By Linda of Lányos Handmade / Nice dress! Thanks, I made it!! on 15 November 2017

I almost let the day pass without saying “Thank you!”  I love being connected to the sewing and crafting community through social media!  Today, I have been blogging for four years, organizing Designin’ December for three years and enjoying a RTW fast for almost two years.  From my first post through to Designin’ December, it’s been great fun!

IT’S TIME TO

I have a bit of a THANK YOU GIVEAWAY.  If you would like to have your name  included, just leave a comment below letting me know all the ways that you follow “Nice dress!  Thanks, I made it!!”  Wordpress? Bloglovin? Instagram? Pinterest? Twitter? FaceBook? email? … Have I missed something?  Let me know in your comments below!

I will collect the names and pull one from a basket and announce the winner next Monday night, November 20th, oh let’s say … after 8:00 pm (Pacific Time).  Don’t be shy!  Overseas followers are also welcome – just as long as you can be patient with the postal service!

So, you ask, what’s the THANK YOU GIVEAWAY?  I love sewing do-dads, so I thought I would giveaway a Clover 5-in-1 Sliding Gauge from Nancy Zieman!  (Rest in Peace Ms. Zieman, a talented crafter and teacher.)

So let me know in the comments below – How do you follow “Nice dress!  Thanks, I made it!!” and I’ll go get some bits of paper, a pen and a basket to put the names in!

Happy Sewing!

Happy anniversary and how nice of you to share it with your followers (I follow you on IG, bloglovin’, WP and several FB-groups) with a give-away. This sewing tool looks very interesting.

Thank you! I just love interesting sewing tools, almost as much as my fabric stash!

I usually get notifications via email and Bloglovin’, but missed this one [how odd] and found it on the WordPress Reader…which I only remember every few weeks lol. I’ve never. ever won anything in a draw or giveaway, who knows, might finally be my day!

Well those a magical words. I entered a draw once saying “I never win anything but what the heck” and I won the $200 prize! (Sorry the prize isn’t $200 and it will be random.) But good luck to you anyway!

Congratulations on your blogging anniversary! I follow your blog via Bloglovin and live to read what you write. Pictures are great, but not enough on their own, so I don’t have Instagram or any of the other platforms.

Thank you! I love photos as I try to explain what I do but our house can be dark sometimes and it’s not always bright and sunny outside, so I think I should keep trying to get the good shots to go with my words! It’s not easy, but I’ll keep trying! 😁
