Just a babe in the woods… but safe woods!

… if you know what I mean.

I will try not to talk too much (haha) as the washing machine is spinning and there are many loads to take care of today.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt “Thank you!” 🙂 to the person(s) who nominated me for BurdaStyle’s “Best of Blogging Top 50 Awards“. If you go there you can see other babes like me (haha) and world wide superstar sewing bloggers too!

I love to sew, but I love to look at projects done by others too – that I could not do from the safety of my own home – so off into the woods I went.

I discovered this generous blogging community and now I love to sew and blog about sewing and especially read other blogs about sewing. In this community you can learn from others and be inspired by others, discover on-line classes and new indie patterns… I could just go on forever about what I have found! I recommend to anyone out there – if you have something you love to do, do it, then blog about it, you won’t regret it whether you are a babe in the woods or a world wide superstar!

I have to go now. The washing machine has stopped spinning and is calling to me.
